Pretty, Vivacious, doe eyed, many words come running in one’s mind. Sana after the roaring success of YDAKH is the current heartthrob of showbiz. She is on the up rise, with a massive hit and some good movies backing her way, she is no doubt the latest heroine that is experiencing the stardom, but now it is only upto Sana how she handles herself by casting all the movies that come her way.

How does it feel to be successful artist?
I feel very much excited. It is after so much hardwork that I have been successful. My joy knows no bounds.

How many films do you have signed after the success of YDAPH?
I have been offered a lot of movies but now at last I have a chance to make choices and sign the better ones, that is why I am only signing the films that are better. I am coming up in couple of Urdu and Punjabi films.

Your image was completely different in YDAPH. Could you define it?
It was all due to my director who asked me to have a different look. And I managed to change into a chic image that she projects in the movie. I slipped into a more eastern wear than what is being worn in the typical Lollywood movies.

There were gossips linking you with Javed Sheikh?
No, there is no true about these gossips. I’m not an angel but I certainly do not go having affairs with my director. All such accusations are wrong.

Do you have any plans to do a telly serial again?
Yes! I have signed a serial with Afreen Beig. I am also doing a serial with Haider Imam Rizvi.

Why are you coming back to small screen even after getting offers from Lollywood?
I am not working in small screen for the first time but the fact is that all the stars are working on it. Besides that, Momi is also in a play opposite me. I always wanted to work on TV again as it is much more realistic and there is a margin to perform.

How producers are treating you after the success of YDAKH?
It is all different today, at first they were avoiding me to cast in their movies but now they are asking to sign their next movies.

All the heroines are into the battle of reaching the NO. 1 position. Are you into this game as well?
I just can’t understand what is No.1, what is the basic notion behind this number one game. I never try to get into cheap politics in order to reach that position, I basically want to work better and if you are satisfied then there is no need of doing of this whole game.

What is your next movie?
Bhagawat is the next movie that has released and is getting ssome good respnse.

People are of the view that you putting an end to you Punjabi film career?
I can’t just understand, at first people used to say that you should do Punjabi movies. I can work in Urdu and Punjabi both the movies. For me the character and script is most important, it doesn’t matter whether it is Urdu or Punjabi.

Are you satisfied with what you have done up till now?
Yes, but I consider it 90% and for 100% I am still waiting, I have done all kind of roles such as phsyco girl, teenage girl, poor girl, rich girl and much more. I have a wish to work more.

What would you advise to newcomers who are entering the field?
Always be professional, Punctual and work with sincerity.
