It seems that the charm of filmdom has taken every one by storm that is why every director wants to make a tele-film. Anyways, to add more directors in the list this time, Dilawar Malik director of many super hit serials like Bota From Toba Teg Singh, Landa Bazar and Aath Kanal Ki Jannat has started his maiden venture Ishq a tele film. In terms of theme, the story is stereotypical but Dilawar Malik has presented it in a different manner.
Talking to the Nation Plus, Dilawar Malik told, 'the basic thing is the presentation, theme can be anything. That is why we are focusing mainly on the presentation, that would be totally different'. Dilawar Malik revealed that the story of the telefilm revolves around three characters that has been played by totally new cast two of them believe in love while one doesn't. In the process of the time span they all come to understand a single point of view'. The lead cast of the telefilm includes Bilal Qureshi, Saba Qamar, Zubair Ali Raja.

Dilawar Malik who has taken a totally new cast for the telefilm told 'Viewers have been fed up watching the same faces again and again. It is high time that new faces should come forward. If we want to improve the quality of our telefilms and plays then educated people should come forward. That is why we have introduced new faces in major roles and they have done a wonderful job in the telefilm. A lot of directors are using big names in their telefilms while I have worked with new artists. I have let them work in the same manner as any big artist can. I am very much satisfied with the performance of these new faces. They have worked really very hard on their performance. It will give a totally fresh appeal to the tube. I have worked hard over these young and new faces and there have been formal rehearsals and that is why we have been able to shoot that in such a better manner'.

The camerwork has been done by young Naveed, who is an experienced cameraman from tube and has made its mark in the last couple of years with the hardwork that he has put on beautifying the screen and playing with light. He has has made a place for himself in a short span of two years by working on serials like Landa Bazar, Darr, Aath Kanal Ki Jannat and many more. He told Nation Plus that he has enjoyed working on this telefilm as it required some very good techincal expertise and inshallah the way telefilm has been shot, viewers would really enjoy that.
