Playing the second lead in most of the movies, Noor's exile from the Lollywood is in air these days. It is surprising to find it out that most of the films that Noor has worked on uptill now has not given her any credit, that is why today she is out of the race of the likes of Reemas, Saimas and Meeras.
Noor expressed her shock over the news that she was quitting films. "No chance! Films is where I belong. Doing TV on the side doesn't mean I am quitting films.
"Actually, you get to play a wide variety of characters on television, which you don't in films," she continued, "Here you are typed as a dancing babe."
Lollywood's pretty girl Noor will continue in television plays as "they give me bigger room for performance than do films," she declared, in an informal chat with showbiz.com.pk.
She said that after the launch of so many channels TV has become a more effective medium. "It has a vast range and reaches out to a much larger number of people."
Talking about her forthcoming films, Noor said that she was doing a project with Shan and was very excited about that. She named Shagna Di Mehndi as a movie she was banking on, besides a host of other projects.
Noor also said that Shauq and Muthi Bhar Aasman are her forthcoming ventures and she is happy with the amount she is getting for acting on television.
